Can't create a marker - 2008/02/10 08:07
Just purchased the support and am trying to create a map. Have installed the component and plugin, have entered the Google API key. When I move the marker on the map to get the longitude and latitude and after typing in the name and description, when I click the "save" button I get the message in the attached screen capture. It appears as if a value is trying to be entered into a database table field called "submit date" and the field/column itself does not exist.

There is a bug in the RC1 build that omits the creation of the submit date when installing the extension. It should have been fixed in the RC2 (beta) build. In order to fix this, you should be able to run the dbupgrade from basic to pro gmaps (on the cpanel). Or, you could manually create the column. That should get you past this. If not, let me know.
