Hello,
I have installed gmapspro latest stable version ( GMapsPRO [ Version 1.0 ] ) and have the problem: Missing Configuration. Please contact your administrator.
I use joomla 1.5.4.
I have already read that a new version is developed for j 1.5 but not available. The the latest one should run with joomla 1.5.x.
Can you help me how to solve this problem?

The error message should provide a URL. That URL should be set as the SITE URL in the gmaps config. The extension looks up the configuration based on that value. Even though J15 doesn't support that configuration file, in legacy mode, the mosConfig_live_site variable still exists. That variable is used in the query to retrieve the config.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
