Using a self modified GMaps / Geocoder - Solution.
I'd written a script, that creates Maps and Markers for each User who's geocoded.
The script also calculates nearby Useres for each User and assign them to their map.
This solution replace the CB-Plugin because we had problems with heavy Databaseload, if many users online.
Script runs hourly as cronjob.
