Index in columns? - 2008/07/31 13:34
I have a bunch of markers on several different maps with a state map that displays all the markers, all 35 of them. Currently with the index turned on that makes for a long single column of markers that pushes the map far down the page.

What I'd like to do is to have the ability to have the index display in 2 or 3 columns instead of just one. I asked Chris about this and he replied with something I don't understand (not a programmer) and I don't want to bug him with a lot of questions while he's trying to enjoy his vacation.

Here's what he emailed me:

You could manually build the index on the page as there is a javascript function that is exposed you can call that can be used to open the info window. You can find the details by hovering over one of the links in the index and the browser should expose the javascript call.

Anyone have a solution for this?
