There are a couple of ways to do this.

1. Remove the code (not advisable if you wish to install a future release)
2. Change the CSS. That text you want to hide/remove is wrapped within a DIV tag so that you can remove it if you desire.

Obviously, I'd love for you to continue to show the "GMaps" footer but I totally understand.

Hello Chris,

been looking all over these files and still can not find the code or css info you refer to. CSS file has no mention of footer...

I'm a beginner so perhaps I'm just missing something here. Please, if you can, let me know what and where, specifically, i need to modify.

Many thanks!

Aman,
I'll tell you what I told someone else inquiring about CSS. I'm trying to provide the best support possible for this component, but when it comes to CSS questions and how to do things, that probably is outside the scope of support for a "free" product.

I will give you a few hints for you to try. Check out the W3C Schools tutorial on CSS (See http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp). Specifically, look at "display". The element you will want to style is componenttitle.

I hope this doesn't make me sound bad and that I'm leaving you hanging. I think those hints should get you to the solution you desire.
