Subscribing to our site provides you access to certain portions of our site where you have access to:

• Customer/subscriber forums where we hang out.  We will periodically respond to questions on the public forums depending on the topic.
• Documentation to the extensions
• Extensions that we make available to our subscribers (THIS IS NOT AN EXTENSIONS CLUB)
  
• Our knowledge base 

We currently offer only one subscription plan which is priced as follows:

• 6 Months - $25.00 (price and duration is subject to change without notice)

This subscription model is not intended to be an 'extensions club' like what you will see with themes.  It is primary to provide some support to those we've released via GPL and made available at extensions.joomla.org.   There are no guarantees made that extensions will be regularly updated.

The following will provide you more detail of what you can expect relative to support, documentation, extensions, etc. 

Support

Although we believe our extensions should function properly without issue, the total number of various configurations based on third-party extensions and themes makes it impossible to guarantee 100% success.   Hopefully the information that we make available to our subscribers is enough to resolve the issue; however, if not, we will do our best to help you out to resolve any issues you are having with our component.  We monitor our customer forums daily and will reply as quickly as possible.  We do have day jobs so it does prohibit the times in which we might respond.

Please note that being a member of our support subscription is for our extensions only to ensure they are operational on your sites.  If we take a look at the issue and determine that one of the extensions is not functioning properly due to a theme or another extension, we will let you know the reason; however, we will not resolve the issue as it is another component/theme that is causing the issue.  We'd be more than happy to look at it further but it would not be covered under your subscription.  Additional fees would apply.

Documentation

The documentation that we have available are published online for subscribers to access.  This documentation should provide you step-by-step instructions on how to perform specific tasks using our extensions.  If you subscribe and do not find what you are looking for, please contact us and let us know.  We will draft a new section of the documentation addressing that particular issue as quickly as possible. 

Extensions

Periodically we will make extensions available only to our subscribers.  We make no guarantees that we will provide access to some extensions or updates to existing extensions during your subscription period.   If an update has been released after your subscription has expired, you may re-subscribe at a discounted rate.  

Knowledge Base

The knowledge base will provide you access to solutions to common problems reported by either the public forum, our subscribers, or something that we as the developers recognize as being important.   Most of the entries in the knowledge base come from reported issues on the public or private forums.  Items reported by the subscribers will stay part of the knowledge base.  We will copy entries from the public FAQ  to the knowledge base to prevent subscribers from having to look in multiple places.  If you as a subscriber find something interesting and would like to share, please send them to us and will add to the site.

Although we can not guarantee 100% that our extensions will work within every installation (due to the vast number of themes  and extensions), we can guarantee that we will do whatever we can to get our extensions to work for you.   We do not  provide refunds for our subscriptions; however, if you've subscribed to obtain one of the "customer only" extensions, and WE cannot get it to run within your environment, then we will refund you your money.  This will require access to your Joomla administration in order for us to do our best effort in making the extension function on your site.
